What are iConnect Groups?

iConnect small groups at Faith Church are small groups of people that meet weekly at one of our campuses and other locations to inspire and engage in pleasant conversations in a calming and relaxing environment. Our iConnect groups meet for a short period of 8 weeks. iConnect Groups are an opportunity for everyone to be a part of a community with great people to do life with.

What are the groups about?

Each group is different; group leaders use their gifts and passions to create a group that allow others to enhance their walk with God. Whatever your age or interest—Bible study, working out, leadership, personal development, you name it—we’ve got a group that’s just right for you.

When can I join one?

RIGHT NOW! You can join a group at any point in the session! All groups are open to new members throughout the year. Our new session began on September 8, 2019. Find a group, sign up, and get going!

Where do they meet?

EVERYWHERE! Faith Church iConnect Groups meet in various locations throughout St. Louis, St. Peters, St. Charles, Fenton, Sunset Hills, Earth City, and Ferguson-Florissant areas in Missouri; They also meet in the Royal Palm Beach and West Palm Beach regions in Florida; as well as Online. Most iConnect Groups meet at a Faith Church campus, although there are several that meet at either area businesses or restaurants.

When do they meet?

Faith Church iConnect Groups meet at various times throughout the week. There are groups meeting in the daytime as well as in the evening.

STEP 1: Join an iConnect!

The best way to lead something is to experience it first! Get plugged in to an iConnect and connect with members of your Faith Church family. Ask the leader of the iConnect to share experiences and wisdom they’ve gained during their journey as a leader.

STEP 2: Complete Growth Track & Serve in a Dream Team

Growth Track is an easy, two-step process to help you connect with God, connect with people, discover your purpose, and make a difference! Through Growth Track, you’ll be connected to a Dream Team here at Faith Church.

Dream Teams are how we make everything happen at Faith Church! By greeting, designing and building stage sets, serving coffee in the Portico, running cameras or lights, singing or playing an instrument on the worship team, and so much more, the Dream Team is the engine that keeps Faith Church moving forward.

STEP 3: Attend an iConnect Leader Interest Meeting

Still interested in leading a group, but want some more info or have unanswered questions? Come to one of our iConnect Leader Interest Meetings! iConnect Leader Interest Meetings are held before each new iConnect session. To register, please click the link below.

STEP 4: Fill out the iConnect Leader Application

Once you have completed the above steps, it’s time to fill out the iConnect Leader Application! Applications must be submitted a minimum of four weeks before the next session begins in order to be considered for that session. After the application has been submitted, the Connections Director will contact you to set up a short interview.
